Racheeta Chawla is an Advocate based in New Delhi, India, managing litigation primarily before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and the Bombay High Court. Her practice covers civil and commercial disputes, constitutional law, property law, and arbitration.

She is a senior member of the Chambers of Mr. Jaideep Gupta, Senior Advocate, where she works on complex commercial and constitutional matters before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts across the country.

Racheeta holds a B.B.A. LL.B. from the University School of Law and Legal Studies, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. She has previously worked with the Office of the Standing Counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu in the Supreme Court of India, as well as with prominent law firms in New Delhi.

Deeply committed to causes relating to women’s empowerment and animal rights, she actively undertakes pro bono cases in these areas. She is also a regular contributor to legal and public affairs publications.
